EMPLOYABILITY
We believe everyone has strengths to bring to the workplace. Our employability support is built around the individual, not a one-size-fits-all programme. We help people understand what they have to offer, build confidence and take real steps towards meaningful work
Our neurodiversity focused approach targets both unemployed and underemployed individuals, and provides an offer which can be delivered in conjunction with place-based solutions
Our experience comes from a rich mix of backgrounds. Bringing these disciplines together gives us a rounded, human approach that goes beyond CVs and interview tips.

Neurodiversity & Work
Neurodiversity is the natural variation in how people think, learn and communicate, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia.
Neurodivergent people bring creativity, focus and fresh perspectives to work, but recruitment and workplaces aren’t always designed with them in mind.
Our neuro-affirming employability support helps people understand their strengths, ask for the right adjustments with confidence and prepare for work in ways that suit them.
Overcoming Barriers
Many people want to work but face barriers that have nothing to do with ability.
We help people overcome challenges such as low confidence after setbacks, anxiety or stress, undiagnosed or unsupported neurodivergence, gaps in work history, difficult application processes, limited workplace adjustments, health conditions, disability or caring responsibilities, and not knowing what job suits them.
With the right support, barriers can be addressed, and many people discover strengths and routes into work they hadn't considered.
Support for Ages 16 to 70+
Whether you're 16, 36 or 76 the questions about work are different and so is the support you need. We support:
Young people (16+) taking their first steps towards work, training or an apprenticeship
Adults changing career, returning after a break or looking for more stability
Older workers who want to stay active, update their skills or find flexible work
Neurodivergent people who need an approach that fits how they think and work
People who have been out of work for some time and are looking for a supportive way back in
What do we offer?
Everyone's journey into work is different, so our support is shaped around you. Choose personalised 1:1 sessions, friendly group workshops, or a bespoke programme designed for your organisation.
1:1 Sessions
Personalised sessions that move at your pace. Together we can explore your strengths, set goals, build confidence, prepare applications and practise interviews. We also look at what you need to succeed in the workplace.
Group Employability Workshops
Friendly, practical sessions where people learn together, share experiences and build confidence.
Groups can be tailored to a theme or audience, such as young people, neurodivergent adults or returners to work.
Bespoke Support
No two organisations or individuals are the same, so we don't believe in off-the-shelf programmes. We take time to understand your people, your goals and your setting, then design innovative, flexible employability support that fits. Whether you're a commissioner looking for a new approach, an employer wanting to build a more inclusive workforce, or a training provider supporting people towards work, we can shape our support around you.
We're passionate about partnering with employers, training providers and commissioners to deliver employability support that is inclusive, engaging and effective.
Our experience spans education, support work, neurodivergence, therapy, coaching and employability, which means we understand the needs of the people looking for work as well as the organisations that want to support them. We help organisations to support more people into work through tailored, strengths-based programmes, build confidence and job readiness among jobseekers aged 16 to 70+, and create more inclusive workplaces through neurodivergent-friendly recruitment and practical adjustments that make a real difference.
Our flexible 1:1 and group support is designed to add value to the services you already offer, giving people both the personal guidance they need and the encouragement that comes from learning alongside others. Because no two organisations or individuals are the same, every programme is shaped around your people, your goals and your setting, so you receive innovative, practical support that fits rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.
Whether you're looking to widen access to employment, strengthen your inclusive practice or complement an existing service, we'd love to talk about how we can help.
