Everything we do is for neurodivergent professionals and students without Learning Disability.

Why Wired Differently? I wanted to bring about the products and services that my holistic clients seemed to be needing and not finding elsewhere. I also wanted to be a full-time therapist and entrepreneur in order to better manage being autistic with ADHD.

Why Wired Differently? I want to help others and feel like I'm doing something to help. Honestly, since I joined I've been waiting for "the catch" ...there hasn't been one! Everyone is genuine, everyone is wanting to help others and it's one of the most supportive and non-judgemental groups of people I have ever met. I get to work with lovely people and help others; why wouldn't anyone want to be a part of that!

Why Wired Differently? Being a mum to a child who has special needs, I’ve always been part of the community and I love every part of it. Discovering wired differently meant that I could utilise my skills I learned as a teacher for 12 years to help others in a non class based way. It doesn’t feel like work - it’s a drive to ensure other succeed no matter their disabilities or differences.

Why Wired Differently? I have never worked with a more accepting and genuinely lovely team. It's a pleasure to be a part of an organisation that is doing so much to help neurodivergent people. I've always felt a bit like an outsider but within the WD team I can just be myself. Sara hasn't just built a team, she's built a community.

Why Wired Differently? The team is filled with kind, understanding individuals. The flexibility Wired Differently promotes enabled me to get back into work fulltime. I am able to do a job I really enjoy while also helping and making a difference! I hope to be able to make a difference to people - enable them to focus on what matters. As my 7 year old daughter wrote in a poem "I am a warm snugly hug beautifully wrapped around a friend!"

Why Wired Differently? The values of WD are consistent with my own. This is a welcome change for me as I’ve spent much of my working life in organisations where I’ve felt a mis-match. I’m looking forward to doing my bit to assist people who have to endure the sort of difficulties that I have and that I’ve spent a life-time trying to pretend don’t affect me.

Why Wired Differently? I spent 25 years working in the Corporate world of Banking. Wow – how things have changed after my recent ADHD diagnosis. Getting to know Sara and the WD Team has made my journey so much easier. I am blessed to be working with them as they have supported me with my own and my family’s needs. I have also been given the opportunity to work with businesses and clients I would never have dreamt of 2 years ago. I am accepted for who I am and can be my true self.
