VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES

Our Virtual Assistants are shaped by their own lived experience of neurodivergence and being wired differently.

We are dedicated to supporting you with business, work or life admin enabling you to free up your time, so you can focus on the important things.

How can we help?

We get it. We honestly do. The emails are building up. That daily to-do list just keeps getting bigger. You have over 10 people needing replies and you have a project deadline next week. This level of overwhelm steals your focus and ends with you in freeze mode. It creates more pressure, slows you down and chips away at your sense of control.

This is where we come in. We can help you overcome these blockages. Our Virtual Assistants are skilled in helping with tasks including;

Emails & Diary Management

Document Creation

Accountability & Reminders

Making and/or Taking Calls

Daily or Weekly Check-In’s

Introducing New Processes

Content & Graphic Design

Invoicing and Book-Keeping

Social Media & Blogs

Access to Work Claims

Note Taking & Minutes

Life Admin & Organisation

Our hourly rate for our VA service is £32 + VAT

We ask clients to commit to a minimum of 4 hours of VA support a week.

We are pleased to accept payment by bank transfer, Stripe/bank card, GoCardless Direct Debit mandate and PayPal.

We also accept Access to Work grants. Clients are ultimately responsible for the correct spending of their Access to Work Grant and the payment of their invoices, although we do accept direct payment from the DWP.

Our Promise to You

Additional Information

Where people claim ATW, the purpose of the grant is for the recipient to be present with their assistant while they are supported in performing tasks that they might otherwise find hard owing to executive function and emotional regulation difficulties and challenges with communication. ATW expect around two thirds of the work to be done with your assistant and the rest are tasks the VA completes independently to lighten the load.

Please note we also have a GDPR expert on our team and so clients working for companies that are hesitant about providing shared access for company emails and calendars etc, can speak to them regarding how we work with data. Please ask our co-ordinator Julie for details on this.

Please let us know if you would like to receive our Quotation Template, for those who need it for Access to Work or their Employer. We only have one hourly rate, regardless of how many hours are needed.

If there is anything that is unclear, please contact us.
