Carly is also an accomplished artist working internationally, and a big believer in the healing power of play & creativity.

About Geetha
Based in Bangalore, Geetha Solaraj is a neurodiversity coach and therapist, who practises as a licenced Counselling Psychologist in India. She is also an entrepreneur and author (The Allegory of the Crab) who has worked with organisations across the globe. Geetha is adept with Dyslexia and works with children, young people, parents and ND people in business. She aims to enable everyone to embrace and celebrate their differences and create a neuro inclusive world.

About Jeff
Jeff is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. He works with couples navigating neurodiversity, families and indivduals.
Jeff works with people of all genders and sexual orientations. One of Jeff’s specialisms is working with male and non binary domestic abuse survivors and Childhood Sexual Abuse (CSA). Jeff is also an experienced EMDR practitioner.

About Lauren
Lauren is a qualified workplace wellbeing coach, trainer and speaker. Lauren comes from the Tech sector, and they are very invested in supporting women in what are seen to be dominated and isolating sectors for women. Lauren is also a late-discovered Autistic ADHD-er. Lauren now works as an ND Coach and loves to work with members of the LGBTQIPA+ community.

Marc is a therapist and coach with a background in career coaching and development, and now works with neurodivergent people looking to explore all aspects of life and work. Mirsha Karamullil Madhu | Therapist
About Mirsha
Mirsha Karamullil Madhu is a trauma informed therapist, with a special interest in working with people with emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD), formerly known as borderline personality disorder or BPD). She trained and practiced as a Psychologist in India and is now based in the UK.
Mirsha works with those who are undiagnosed, self diagnosed, formally diagnosed and those who are coming to terms with a diagnosis of EUPD.

Paula has over 34 years of experience in education. She is deeply passionate about giving children the best possible start in life. Paula’s career has been dedicated to Early Years education, where she believes the foundations for lifelong learning, confidence, and curiosity are built.
Paula works with families to address behavioural challenges, school phobia, and those accessing public and private education as well as home schooling. Paula has significant experience of the EHCP process and supporting parents to advocate to ensure that their child’s needs are met by local authority commissioners and schools.
