Marc is a person centred coach working with his clients to help them fulfil their potential to grow and develop in their lives and achieve their career goals. The starting point is to identify and understand their strengths and apply them to achieve career goals. This also helps them to embrace and accept the value their neurodiversity brings.
Marc’s coaching style is empathic, authentic, challenging, insightful, adaptable, and supportive; creating a safe place to share their thoughts, concerns and feelings without fear of judgement. This helps his clients increase their confidence and motivation.
For his clients to realise their career goals, Marc collaborates with them to create their career plan and then guides them on the career journey. To achieve their goals, he offers bespoke and specialised services, which includes:
Career Change– to guide clients who are considering a different direction in the career which may include setting up their own business, a portfolio career and semi-retirement.
Job Search including CV and LinkedIn guidance, dealing with recruiters and networking.
Interview practice and preparation - to train and prepare clients for interviews in person and virtually.
Onboarding Coaching – to support clients transitioning to a new role through to 90 days following appointment.
Marc offers ADHD career coaching funded by Access to Work at no cost to the client. Clients are usually newly diagnosed with ADHD. He helps them increase their understanding of ADHD and how to get the best from their strengths.

His mission now is to use this expertise to support individuals, with a focus on neurodivergent job seekers and those seeking a safe, judgment-free space to discuss and move forward with their job search.
As someone with ADHD and OCD, Steve understands how being neurodivergent can impact your job search, from navigating interviews to managing workplace challenges. His own ‘ND squiggly career’ path has given him a unique perspective and the empathy to create a safe, supportive space where you can build confidence, refine your skills, and find a role that truly values your strengths.
Steve has helped craft hundreds of professional CVs, transforming job applications from silence to interview requests. He’s also coached countless individuals through job interview nerves, breaking the cycle of fear and rejection, and provided expert guidance on effective job search strategies. With a friendly and supportive approach, Steve is a knowledgeable sounding board for stressed job seekers, offering practical advice and a safe space to share their concerns. His goal is to help every client build confidence, overcome challenges, and land the job they deserve.
