Lunch & Learn: When OCD meet Autism & ADHD with Sara-Louise Ackrill

Lunch & Learn May 28th - When OCD meets Autism & ADHD

We all have scary or weird thoughts sometimes that we wouldn't feel comfortable telling anyone about. What do you do though, when the intrusive thoughts are impacting you so much they're driving a wedge between you and everyone or everything you like and enjoy? What if you think you're just inherently bad or messed up? And how can we understand these thoughts through the lens of being neurodivergent?

Our Lunch & Learn is designed to give space to and validate the experiences of people living with intrusive OCD thoughts when they are also neurodivergent. As well as shining a light on this frightening condition, we want to educate and signpost so we are part of the solution.
