VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE

The work of our Virtual Assistants is shaped by lived experience of neurodivergence, small business ownership and work experience across the public and private sector. We are dedicated to supporting you with business, work and life admin, enabling you to free up your time to focus on what you do best.

What can we help with?

We get it. We honestly do. Your inbox has overgrown. You have multiple to-do lists that just keep getting bigger. You are full of shame and everyone is on your case, and deadline has gone from helpful to stressful. You’re overwhelmed, foggy headed and can’t focus on the “thing”. You’re in flight or freeze. It creates more pressure, is eating at your self esteem and you’re feeling out of control.

This is where we come in. We can help you overcome these blockages. Our Virtual Assistants are skilled in helping with tasks including;

Accountability & Reminders

Making and/or Taking Calls

Daily or Weekly Check-In’s

Introducing New Processes

Content & Graphic Design

Invoicing and Book-Keeping

Social Media & Blogs

Access to Work Claims

Task Enabling

Document Creation

Emails & Diary Management

Life Admin & Organisation

Our hourly rate for our VA service is £32 + VAT

We also accept Access to Work grants. Clients are ultimately responsible for the correct spending of their Access to Work Grant and the payment of their invoices, although we do accept direct payment from the DWP.

We are pleased to accept payment by bank transfer, Stripe/bank card and GoCardless Direct Debit mandate.

We offer flexible terms with a weekly commitment of as little as 3 hours.

What People Are Saying

“Damaris is amazing, thank you so much for connecting us, what she manages to get done is insane and she's so proficient.”

— Anon, Sussex

“Noria is excellent with emotional support. She has been brilliant”

— AZ, Midlands

“What really makes Polly stand out is her emotional intelligence and her deep understanding of what it’s like to run a small business as a neurodivergent person. As someone navigating autism, ADHD and the demands of a busy therapeutic practice, it’s rare to find someone who truly gets it.

— ML, Devon

“The best way I can think to describe the VA service is that it is like I've gone from being left alone in the ocean, trying desperately to stay afloat without any inflatable aids, to now suddenly being given a lifejacket.”

— CB, London
