Welcome and Introduction
Meet Joanne and find out more about the mind-body connection that controls how we move, and how we ‘show up’.
-
Part 1 - Fascia
Fascia, the layer of connective tissue that surrounds all the cells, nerves, joints, and organs in your body, shapes the way we move.
-
Part 2 - Chest and Breathing
Our bodies are a system, with each part affecting the others. To learn how to move our feet, we start by lifting our upper body.
-
Part 3 - Feet
Now it’s time to let your feet do the talking. Think you know how to walk? Think again!
-
Part 4 - Swing and Fling
Hip Swinging, Arm Flinging & Torso Twisting your way to a new you. Try it, what’s the worst that could happen?
-
Summary
Joanne brings together the key learning from each lesson, and challenges you to move differently, experience the world with added confidence, and feel your way towards your next goals.
