About Leighanne

Leighanne is a neurodivergent personal trainer and lifestyle coach specialising in helping neurodivergent women and non-binary individuals achieve their fitness goals—including building strength, losing weight, toning up, improving overall mobility and quality of life.

Leighanne’s coaching is designed to meet the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals throwing the standard methods of coaching to the wind to work with neurodivergent brains and not against them, including those managing hypermobility, co-occurring conditions, and other barriers. Her approach focuses on creating sustainable routines that work with your brain and body, rather than against them, with an emphasis on small, manageable steps that lead to big, lasting changes.

She’s passionate about improving not just her clients’ physical fitness but also their ability to move pain-free, feel more energised, and build confidence in their bodies. By addressing both aesthetic goals and functional fitness, Leighanne helps clients take care of their bodies in a way that supports their current needs and long-term health.

More About Working With Leighanne

I will:

  • I will provide you with a full training and nutrition plan.

  • I will provide you with honest check-in feedback and ensure that we are constantly moving forwards, progressing, learning and transforming.

  • I will work with you on a one to one basis to hold you to a higher standard and provide the tools necessary for the agreed upon result.

  • I will coach you every week, so you are never far away from the answers you need.

You will:

  • You must be fast to implement my marching orders, quick to ask for help when stuck, and generous in sharing my talents, insights, and victories with the group.

  • I understand what’s said and taught in the ProjectYou coaching group stays within the group. This means not sharing my login credentials with non-members and maintaining confidentiality for all sensitive information discussed.

  • You must keep your 4 month minimum commitment, participating fully and paying your coaching fees on time and in full.

  • You must present your check-in feedback on time and in full. It also must contain the most accurate and honest information.

  • I understand that if I ever have a question, I will bring it to my coach. You must complain if we ever do something that upsets you. This gives us a chance to apologise and do whatever it takes to make things right.

  • If I ask (I don’t ask everyone) I’d like you to try and refer at least 3 people of your calibre. This means I can spend more time on helping you win and less time marketing
